Sorry if this is a noob question, just bought this game so this is one of my first battles.

I've taken keypoints in other battles and anthother one in this battle. I'm the attacker and the "frontline" is about 1km away from this keypoint by now.
But I can't capture it, they've been there for about 5-8 min I think. All other keypoints  I've caputured have been much faster.

1) Each point have a sensitive areas ~50-200 around flag
2) Capture producing through unit with a commander when the command radius intersects a sensitive area
3) Better commander capture faster (ie Command level 20 is slow)
4) Units marked by red bottom line cant capture anything
5) The longer the point was under the control of the enemy, the longer the time of capture. If the point still holds the enemy with the commander - it is difficult to capture.

Capturing points does not make sense in themselves, they do not give anything if you cant defend this area (not flag). Captured flags is only multiplier for troops force. If you have ~0 force you cant increase it through flags.

What does that red bottom line mean?

Units marked with this line could not capture anything. As I say before.
