There is already a wishlist thread present, containing many cool thoughts that could improve the game in it's future installments, but how about a thread on things that seem easy enough to include or fix to be included, say, in the nearest patch?
A thread about tiny wishes and small bugs.

Like, for example:
- [WISH] Firing a tank cannon fills the entire crew compartment with smoke - that's what I read in books. [IMPLEMENTATION] Place additional smoke particle emitters near the hatches and, if a given hatch is open while the main cannon shoots - emit smoke particles. If hatches are closed, emit much, much less and smaller sprites in places where hatches meet the turret/hull.
- [WISH] Enable vehicles and artillery to re-enter the weapon pits.
- [WISH] Increase the lifetime of all particles (smoke, dust, etc.). Especially particles from artillery hits.
- [WISH] During rain. Include a multiplier node for specularity bitmap for all textures in order to make it more specular/reflective. If the rain stops, reduce the multiplier over time. This could simulate surfaces getting wet and drying out.
- [WISH] Dynamic wind randomization that affects particles only (smoke, dust, etc.). Not necessarily frequent, but two to three wind direction changes per minute would be cool.
- [BUG] In battle statistics, when a soldier is MIA, it says "missed". Should be "missing".

I believe you can already have guns and vehicles re-enter dug positions.  At least you could in APK43 by giving them a defend command over the position.

Well, no matter how hard I tried to do it in APK I couldn't force vehicles and ATGs to re-enter weapon-pits. Will try again tomorrow in APOS, but IIRC, it won't work. Stay tuned. Wink

In a normally functioning tank is very little effect. The more the smoke seeping through the closed hatches. In this case, the crew had already suffocated.

- [WISH] Enable vehicles and artillery to re-enter the weapon pits.
It is present since the first version of the APK43 game.

- [WISH] Increase the lifetime of all particles (smoke, dust, etc.). Especially particles from artillery hits.
Now is enough time. It makes no sense to add potencial lags to the game.

- [WISH] During rain. Include a multiplier node for specularity bitmap for all textures in order to make it more specular/reflective. If the rain stops, reduce the multiplier over time. This could simulate surfaces getting wet and drying out.
May be in far future, if we can make two texture assets for each vehicle. "Multipliers" and other "programmers art" is really bad.

It is present since the introduction of wind in the game (about 6 months ago)
