Hi there,

I recently purchased Panzer Commander. I've found the latest official 1.3 patch, but there was an unofficial Patch 1.4!
Has someone a link to this patch, the official Patch-site has only dead links ...

Thanks a lot!

Another problem:
I want to install PzCd, but the setup seems to be an 16bit exe, so no install under 64bit!
Has someone a solution to this?

Is that a Graviteam game?

No, no, it's an old game from 1998, but a good one ...
For more info look here: http://www.mobygames.com/game/windows/panzer-commander
I don't think a game from 1998 is a competitor to the Graviteam games from 2013 ...

Its a problem with Panzer commander and 32bit drivers, so in computers with win xp or newer operating systems it will not work. Trust me i tried (sandboxing, hex editing etc). And about the 1.4 update its dead and never released. I got in touch with the guy who made it a few years ago and he said he lost everything (hdd crash) and the site he had made he lost the accounts due to hackers or something like that. So the only way to play it is to fire up a very old computer with win98 or win2000 and play =)

Indeed.  But I was wondering why you were asking about it in a Graviteam forum.  I thought perhaps you thought it was from GT somehow.

This explains how to install a program when you get that Windows 64-bit error message about needing a 32-bit version of the program;

Using this, I was able to install Panzer Commander, in Vista 64. I then had to use Dxtory to limit the FPS to avoid the sim crashing right after loading a mission. There's more info here:

I have Alex Hakkenberg's PzC 1.4 patch and some user missions on a CD and I can email you them if you need 'em.

...and just to get this back onto things Graviteam, how far things (and tanksim Tiger I's in particular) have advanced, since 1999:

For it's Tommy this, an' Tommy that, an' "Chuck him out, the brute!"
But it's "Saviour of his country!" when the guns begin to shoot!
