I am new to GTOS and the system of DLC. Is-it possible to play this map in Quick Battle, like Taranovka and Rakitnoe maps, without playing campaign?

If a DLC is added to your game than you have the opportunity to play every map and unit available from these DLCs.

You can freely mix all forces from any sides on any available polygons from any dlc in QBs at any conditions.
For example Afghans vs Germans in Angola at night. Or Cubans vs Chinese in winter Ukraine.
