I think it's time to create a separate topic devoted to the MP 3.x Wink
There are 25 missions prepared at this time.

The current my favour mission is `breaking the night` with T-34/85 plus desant.

Originally mission took place completely in the dark, but for the sake of what I should play in the dark? Smiley I like to look around and shoot the bricks Grin That's why I made mission a bit lighter. Also I had to create a new unit: T-34/85+infantry, thus this mission will be available only for the next mod NTA1.7. At this moment, I may finish mission only on the balance `3`, but I still try to improve my personal result Wink

The second favourite one is `Hard as a Rock`(Pz. VI) To adjust this mission properly I spent for about one week. Now it plays smoothly and player always know what the next step should be done.

Started to adjust a new mission devoted to sdkfz. 251. This mission request a very good skill of the vehicle maneuvering Smiley

During mission execution I met one interesting case. Before, I was sure that T-26 armor was a real crap against 37mm gun,  but I was wrong Smiley At least at the distance ~700m the T-26 armor is quite suitable against 37mm gun  Roll Eyes

As u can see - there are no any penetrations.

At the next try I was more lucky and managed to shoot a three soviet tanks from the distance ~600m

At mentioned distance T-26 is quite OK for the 37mm gun, BT-5 also Wink

In spite of my great result of scoring, a soviet IL-2 covered me and mission failed Sad

Started adjusting with another mission `station Burbin`, where player has APC sdkfz 232 (6rad) under his control.

This unit is a bit stronger to compare with sdkfz 251/10, coz has a MG. The mission itself was a really kind of enigma for me, coz I didn't know - when the combat order completed. That's why, I added two additional triggers for the victory achievement and separated mission on two stages: capture station, capture village. In fact, it was original idea of the author, but as my point - it wasn't quite clear for the user.
During mission I've managed to kill KV-2!

Also there was one moment. I knew that deviator liked to change the speed of the weather, but not at this time. Then I decided to continue tradition and changed weather speed. This is responsible file:
...data\k42\loc_rus\levels\levels\cm_pack_mission30\mis_ger12.level
entry:
Code:
weater_speed = 0.010;
Suppose, developers made a spelling mistake Smiley Instead `weater_speed` there should've been `weather_speed` Wink
Anyway, it works. During experiments, I found out that parameter weater_speed is more reasonable with a value 0.010 , coz even 0.050 effects the weather cycle more faster.
Some screenies from the mission:

The T-26 has an arm_str of 2050 in the tech_cfg file that may explain why it's so tough. In my opinion it should be set at 2000.

SPM 1.6 fix was an alpha mod mostly to getover 98% downloading error of the mission `river of doom`, unfortunately it didn't help Sad It does that I'm going release more stable mod NTA1.7, where all fixes will be included and Upd_Nov_2012(NTA) also.

What was the original set of the arm_str by developers?
And BT-5 has armor_str=2200, why?  Huh?

I think the T-60 is at 2100.That's why I worked on the tech_cfg files. I checked all tanks/apcs and adjusted some of th exaggerated values down and for the bigger tanks upwards in some cases or lowered the arm_frail.I think some guys were trying to go for balance like they did in T-34 versus Tiger making the 2 tanks equal in strength...

so fix_05_Upd_Nov_2012(NTA) also isn't needed then?
Mentioned fix was made for the Upd_Nov_2012(NTA). If u remove NTA1.6, then u need fix_05. I just want to note that NTA1.6 was specially designed for the MP3.0. It is not a global mod as so-called SPM2.0 or Ultimate update.
Previously, I made a `mission-mod` with all necessary fixes included.  But after ten missions I started confused which one should be first, second etc. Smiley

Quote
and in the above list missions pack 1.0d is the name of the zip file..but the folder inside is named 1.0c ..!!
My mistake Smiley

At this moment, for the whole history of SF existence, there are two campaings: Pz III, Pz 38(t). It takes too mush time and ... why don't u try it by erself? We may help Wink

I think Rends was going to do a Panzer IV campaing : Operation Kutuzov (1943). Not sure what is the status presently. But some of those missions were released as a mini-compaing. Some time back. As I recall, the first camaping mission featured the StuG IIIG.

As for myself, the first step before embarking on a campgain is the 'presentability' of the tank, i.e. its exterior appearance. One look at the Panzer IV H with the default camo (goat-vomit green) and Ugh all thoughts of campagining were erased from my brain. I'm a shallow guy, dont you know  Grin

If that the only problem Kyth you cna solve it easily by applying Whukid's new late war camo to all models of the Panzer IV H.I will check but technically I am pretty sure it's doable.

Tried to understand what does `shallow guy`. Is it synonym of `narrow-minded`?

Shallow means superficial, somebody who only cares about appearances not about content. Somebody who likes to "flash' but not necessarily show any depth....Kyth was half-tongue-in-cheek ( figure that one out Lockie  Grin) saying about himself that he is turned off from making Panzer IV H missions because the default camo of that tank looks yukie....

So, if I like i.e. `WoT` then I've a good chance to become a `shallow person`? Wink

BTW
there is a `yellow-green-brown spots` camo for the Pz IVH. Suppose it was made by Whukid.

BTW that yukie camo was actually really used by the Germans.I saw a pic of a Panzer IV H in a museum with absolutely the same green and while camo.
