One thing about the ctd: I guess these missions are old and were made for a previous mod thus the ME of NTA 1.7 may no longer be compatible with some of the models from past mods because they were modified etc. Or it could be that the map ( polygon ) is missing from your game. Ok I checked you need the BSSR2 ( excellent map) made by Deviator. Can you check your envs folder? The path is data/k42/loc_rus/envs. Open the envs folder and check if you have a BSSR2 folder.

Fixed. It's funny, MP1.0 has more then two years history and only now I got report that mission didn't work. There was a problem with balance and appropriate triggers. I'll upload a fix, then re-upload the whole pack. It'll be `Mission Pack 1.1`.

Funny bug Cheesy I checked the mission to be sure that everth. worked fine and placed a Ferdi. Finally, I forgot to remove it  Grin  Cheesy  Roll Eyes Will be fixed in the next version MP3.0.

Ok so it means that this is not the cause of the ctd. Do you know how to use the Mission Editor to open or edit missions?Huh? If you know then try to open the mission with it.If it crashes before it opens then it's definitely something that has change din the ME. It's not a new sound or  a missing file that's causing the ctds.

OK I experiment .OI have the Mod Pack 1.0c in an old Ultimate install from last year. I enabled the pack and tried to open the 2 mission through the ME and both game the 001 screen .I tried opening other missions form the pack and they were all accessible through the ME. Thus something in these 2 missions is no longer compatible with the ME of the Ultimate and NTA 1.6/1.7.

Finally, I've managed to find mistake. It cost me a couple grey hairs, but I got it Smiley
As it appeared a unit (2x StugIII F, which are under user control) was `ultimately updated` and ... vanished from the game  Grin
Thus, mission `Hold on Kovalkovo (Stug IIIF early)` not available from the MP1.0.
Bug will be fixed and included into 1.7 beta.
At this moment u can fix it manually, File:
\data\k42\loc_rus\levels\levels\common\common_units.engcfg
Replace entry:

Here's a quick fix for both missions. If it works properly then I place it on the first page as a temporally decision. Install fix the last in line.

I think I have found another bug.


Mission pack 2.1:

-Cover the ferry. Gaitolovo (Pz IV Ausf.H)=a few parts of the Schürzen armor are missing in the Pz IV-H

It's OK. I did it deliberately to simulate a situation that `schuertzen` were stolen by soviet fury soldiers for the personal defence Grin

However I have noticed that there is an error in the new links for:

- Winter mod for the mission `Otto Carius: Siivertsi (Pz VI)`

- fix for the missions from MP1.0d and from MP3.0

I think we need to include into current MP3.0 a several missions from the `Desert Mod`. Of course, I went to the Kyth's topic to pick up some missions. Two were good and one was completely out of triggers, text, tasks. So, I decided to put it out. First mission was excellent - no problem at all, author - Stone2009 (Alex_poly_01),


 but second one - was a terrible mess. I named it as `Gazala`. Firstly, there were wrong contours and units place completely wrong. Lucky, there were source files, but the polygon didn't want to generate... Holy mother f....d shit!!!  Angry  Embarrassed   Cry I'm talking abt `desert1`, finally I've managed to fix all mistakes in the source files and now being getting to the mission finishing Wink Anyway, I liked this mission. Author managed to do the hell a lot of work. I've never seen so much detailed area!


PS
This polygon and mission was made in 2008 year. Incredible!

Oh yeah the Road to Sidi Rezegh as it used to be called. I played that one countless times before I manage to win it at balance 10. Excellent map and mission. I even modified it with Tiger I and Churchills and Shermans to make it into a 1943 Tunisian campaign type of mission.

Desert 1?I it the one made by NSU?Huh?
