I wish there was a M3 Lee/Grant in this game Cry
Stone2008 made this model, but for some reasons this unit never saw the light.

That's one good idea for a new tank,

I decided to add a couple missions from comrade Xream. That was a first mission for SF, which was made by user.
The mission is a very hard-coded, even  for this moment. It's just out of my mind how did he manage to create so complicate scenario?  I adjusted mission and simplified it to avoid misunderstanding during action. Also polygon was tweaked and a cosmetic changes added.

I am testing old missions with NTA 1.7 , and I found that the early version Stug III gunsights (Fridericus 1 campaign) didn´t work properly it seems to be bad calibrated or something Huh? .

What du u mean "bad calibrated"?
To be more specified:
1. d/l MP2.1 and enable it
2. pick up mission "Firing ground" (specially designed polygon to adjust/check gunsight)
3. change default user vehicle on stug IIIcd
4. estimate through gunsight does it work correct or not

Thanks Lockie.This campaign is fron SPM 1.5 BETA (Fridericus 1-Stug III).The problem is similar to the one that had the panzer III gunsights recently.The shot hits well above the reticle and  cannot adjust the range with the keys or middle mouse button.

Try this, if you're handy with changing the tech_cfg for the stug3:

You'll see a line in the sights() section, you need to 'un-comment' it:

from:
//      sig_gunner,    s_camera_gunner,       sflzf_ferdinand,   0.0, sig_gunner, ;

to:
        sig_gunner,    s_camera_gunner,       sflzf_ferdinand,   0.0, sig_gunner, ;

At the same time, you need to comment out the following line:
from:
          sig_gunner,    s_camera_gunner,       zf3x8_cd,          0.0, sig_gunner, ;

to:
//        sig_gunner,    s_camera_gunner,       zf3x8_cd,          0.0, sig_gunner, ;

The sights should work something like this:

Stug IIIcd has so-called `drum-gunsight`. Personally, I think it's completely doesn't suit to the game engine, but there is idea that such gunsight more closer to the reality. So, to use it - press "H/J" keys, which are responsible for the hatches "open/close".

I hope no Smiley
I tried to eliminate all `drum-gunsight`, but may be some units still have it.

It's not so difficult,  Grin

The 'H' and 'J' keys also work while viewing through the gunsight,

I have to say that I also prefer to have the drum-gunsight in the vehicles that historically had it.  Wink

Lockie, perhaps you could release a mod with the drum-gunsights for NTA 1.7, to let the interested players use them...

I remember, that I equipped some spg's with such gunsight in NTA1.3. So, it's possible to restore them, but definitely not me, sorry. Perhaps, Kyth may help u in this question Wink

And here's a second mission from comrade Xream. Well, may be he should've taken a nickname as `EXtreme` Smiley
coz this time a mission was extremely hard codded then before! Imagine it was made in 2007 year! I had to hex-edit a bit even a polygon, but it worth it! Wink
The mission is a very hard as erself. I remember that I couldn't finish it originally 5 years ago. Even now with balance choice added, I may win only on the 3 balance and with KV-1(ekran) instead original T-34/76  Grin
