I 've been wondering about the aviation blue uniform of the US tank crews in game. Did they ever wear blue uniforms?Huh?

Found a free model of US soldier. Perhaps, this texture will suit as alternative uniform for the driver.

Looks fine, but I don't know when I'll be ready to transfer this texture in the game. Would be interesting to place a model  8)

It was only balance `1` and I didn't even manage to pick up general Cheesy
Conclusion - DON`T BE IN HURRY!
Wait until infantry and armor will make a main job.

PS
The song of the mission victory will be - `Long Tall Sally` by Little Richard! Wink

The mission is abt to be finished.
But there are a couple questions. As u know, friends, I make only one mission with a new stuff, coz it's interesting and bring a new breath to the game. Anyway, wat du u think, if I'll make a couple missions devoted to the same performance?  I mean current mission will be played with a dif. units:
- M3(halftrack) original
- M4A3 (give support to M3)
- M-26 (give support to M3)
- M-36 (give support to M3)
***
- Pz-IF (repel enemy attack)
- Pz-IVB (repel enemy attack)
So, finally there will be 6 missions instead one: four for the USA and two for the GRM.
What du u think?

PS
And there are some screens:

Pz-IVB .....

Hopefully you mean Panzer VI Ausf B?Huh?? Wink

Yeah why not keep the same scenario and just give the players the chance to play the mission from may be another starting position with another vehicle.

Exactly, it would be a very pity, if so great scenario, quotations, interesting work of triggers will be used only for one mission. So, I'll make three missions instead one. Two for the american side (M3, M26) and one for the german (PzVIB). And user will get possibility easily replace the unit under his control on any other.

Yes the Tiger II which is its informal name .... Wink But you called it Pz-IV B instead of VI B.

BTW the Tiger II is a wimp in SF; both penetration values set in the common res and the armour-strength values in the tech_cfg files are understated to say the least.

Exactly. Tiger II is a fiction name, but the most commonly used.

My tiger2 has:
    armor_qual   =   1.0;
   armor_frail   =   0.3;
   armor_str   =   2050;

PS
Pay attention on this picture, there are only two passengers - general and captain. All other three soldiers jumped out when apc was under fire. It is a very interested effect! I didn't expect it. I thought all passengers should had been jumped out.

That's agreat improvement over the original values which were in SP 2.0 : arm_qual: 0.7 arm_frail 0.5 and arm_strength was set : 2000 only.

The own values I use are arm_qual : 0.9  arm_frail : 0.4 and arm_strength 2100. I may try your own values and see how it wokrs out. I 've increased the penetration value of the pzgr 39/43 shell from 0.93 to 0.98 and the HE from 0.2 to 0.35 .Mind you I did the same with the JS-2 from 0.97 to 1.02 and the HE from 0.45 to 0.55 .Likewise for the Jagdtiger AP = 1.05 and HE to 0.55.

It's my personal adjustments, I don't know what the parameters in SPM2.0 Smiley

No. I've changed the shell parameters only one time, when made a mission `Kolobanov firearm`.
I've made a distance 1500m for the gun of the Pz38(t), instead default 1000m.
All other cases had place only after a long consultations and a final decision was adopted by other person Wink

PS
There was another case for the shell BT-5 Smiley
