I just bought the game for gamesgate. after installation, couldn`t start in my pc (WIN7 64bit)
I7 950 8GB,GTX680
please anyone help me, i really love this game.

I think Suda you need to provide a little bit more info.Is it a digital download that you have or a disc?
As Lockie suggested where is your deafult installtion located? Avoid C: drive at all cost try another partition.
Do you ahve the vanilla game installed only or soem of the mods Beta 1.5, the Ultimate, Steel Panzer 2.0, NTA 1.6/1.7?
Do you get an error message when the game fails to start?

Hi Lockie I didn`t install Steel Fury in the 'Program Files' folder,i change like this ""E:\Lighthouse Interactive\Steel Fury - Kharkov 1942\starter.exe" " but problem still the same Thank you for your help!  Hi Frinik Its digital download from gamesgate. I try install to E: drive I never install any beta of this game, this`s my first time to try play this game. I didn`t get any error message when i start the game. she just can`t start!,when i click the icon and nothing comes out. Thank you for your help |

I am wondering whether your download is not incomplete or possibly corrupted....

Suda, do you have other games installed on that computer?
Your specs are very good and there's no reason the game shouldn't start unless your download is corrupt or incomplete , or you have hardware problems or something is missing. BTW what version of Direct 9X do you have?SF needs Direct X9C to work. Even if your computer runs DirectX 10 or 11 these new versions of Direct X are not all inclusive and may be missing dll files which are essential for SF to start.
Try installing or re-installing Direct X 9C(the June 2010 version is the best) and see if it solves your problem. For your game to run your need to have the following d3dx9.dll files in the bin/rel folder of your game:
d3dx9_31
d3dx9_35
d3dx9_36
d3dx9_37
d3dx9_38
d3dx9_39
Just check to make sure they're all present.
There's one last possibility, your game is fine except that your .exe file is not working properly. I could post a generic .exe file for SF on my gamefrotn web page and you could paste it into your game and see if it works.
Otherwise if that does not work then I guess you 'll have to investigate with gamergate.

Suda, open your game folder you should see many folder entries like bin, data, docs, user, url , root, mods( if you created such a folder). Open the bin folder. Inside you'll see a folder called rel. Open that folder and inside you'll see all the game's CODLIB files( which are the basic coding folders for the entire game and the dll files underneath.

Hi Frinik When i open the Bin files and i see only one file. (Rel) Did i miss something in the Game?  I try download the game again and install .still won`t go thank you |
