I picked up my new PC on Friday and now I am re-installing everything from scratch...

I have downloaded all of the latest files from GAMERSGATE and here is what it looks like in my updater now...



Do I still need to install the DISTRICT UPDATE 1.03  ?   or has this been incorporated into the latest
download versions of their respective DLC's...?
