Patching Matrix version 5.77

I've been trying to patch this game starting with the Core update gtos_cu_581c1_eng, I run the installer but nothing shows up in the Add On manager and the game crashes on startup. The file path used is the same as the original install. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have BOTH parts of patch?  AND did you set file type to all?

The 5.81 engine won't show up in your updater just direct it to your game folder.
It will or should show if it installed in the upper right hand corner of your start menu.

After you see that on the start menu then install the latest Aug13 patch and it should show on the updater and press save and play.

Usually with the new engine updates like 5.81 I have to direct it to my game folder then reboot my PC before I can apply the patch to the updater.
