I want to try the new post steelpanzers mods out aswell but when I go to get them from the 4shared links I can't download.  I'm clicking the download under the wait 20sec box and nothing happens I just get a waiting cursor.

Perhaps, smth. wrong with browser. I just downloaded one file(03_MarchUpd_2014.rar) without problems.

Ok you have to make an account before the download does anything but it doesn't tell you this.

Before I opened an account with 4 shared I had that issue. I solved it simply by right clicking the file for download and when I got a prompt to open the file into a new tab or window I would say yes and from there I would be able to download without any problem....
