Hello!

I've decided to reinstall Operation Star after a long brake on a new computer, and I have a question regarding video options. I'm using Radeon 7850 and I have disabled V-sync in Catalyst Control options. But the framerate in game shows solid 60, or solid 30 FPS so i think it doesn't work. Is there any option to turn it off in-game, maybe editing some config files? I also disabled "Smoothing", but the problem persists.

I will appreciate any help.
