That's a typical toilet was in the USSR. Well, I may say that 7-8 years ago I was in Crimea, Evpatoriya and it was exactly the same, well without Church as backphone.
The guy with bottle of vodka it's exaggeration, coz nobody can drink the vodka at such conditions (dead stink) .
