Changing Pz IV Engine Sound

I've noticed the Panzer 4 has a very annoying engine sound, it seems more like a motorbike than a tank. By comparison the Panzer 3 sounds fine. Is there a way to change the sound?

By the way do you know where I can download the mod that restores the panzer grey paint for the german tanks?
I found one link but it said it was a .exe file which seemed dodgy.
