What defines the center of the lineup?
Have any way to set the center at the point where I clicked with right button?
Is there any way to define which will be the center or the beginning of the line?

You mean exact coordinates and extents of a formation? This isn't possible. Look at it like this: you define a control point for your subordinate commanders to consider. So, they decide themselves how it will look in the end.

So the behavior in the following screens is normal or am I doing something wrong?

Oh, you mean the "drag" thing. Yes, it's working strangely. The algorithm behind the resulting position is somewhat complicated, and depends on the current center of the formation. Hopefully, it will be more intuitive in Mius-Front.
