this is the third time this has happened and I have to reinstall three times now this always happens when I tried to update to get to 5.12 version can I please have a clear path way to updating the game reinstalling now a fourth time.;(

Somthing wrong in update. Probably you dont install updates carefully.

Reinstalling probably will not solve any problems. Programs do not usually goes bad and do not disappear with time.
