I get an error after the "Operation Star" initial screen:

New error for me after installing this patch - When I have option 6.03 disabled, I get an error when I click on a battle from the operational map:

001: An error has occurred while initializing the program


I can work around it by having it enabled, but it may be of interest to you.

Steam? Verify the steam cache and reinstall the patch. Always press Save&play in the updater.

It remnants of the past. Now there is no sense to enable full-screen mode, since the LCD monitor have only 1 working resolution.

Thanks for the explanation.  You may want to remove that option in any future patch since it can lead to unnecessary issues for new users.
