The ones that can do the conversions and open the flatdata archives and stuff?
Also: is part of the new marchc patch everyone  moves like they're pretending to be in slowmotion?

The modding programs are still in the game.  Only the sample batch files are missing.  You can take old ones and copy past right back in there and everything works.  Even use GTOS's.  Or simply use notepad and make new ones.
