Before reporting, be sure you have Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package and DirectX 9.0 June 2010 Update installed!

If the game crashed, immediately (without launching it again) upload <Your game folder>\out and <Your game folder>\users\profiles folders to some file hosting (MediaFire, Mega.nz, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.). Include any screenshots from <Your game folder>\users\scrshots\ folder that may show the bug. Please, describe you hardware configuration, OS, the exact error message, the game version (for example: May 2015 GamersGate) and any details and steps that can help in reproducing the bug. If you have mods installed or have enabled overclocking, report this too. But try repeating this with them disabled ("clean" configuration is preferred).

If you found other problem with the game (bad armor penetration, missing weapons, etc.), please provide a screenshot which shows this. For example, if it's bad armor penetration, provide screenshot from the tactical battle statistics screen.
