After deployment '+' time accel causes CTD.

After searching online I've tried these solutions that do not work:

1. Verify steam game file. (Found 15 files, still same error)
2. Created new user in game and deleted old profile.
3. Disabled and Enabled 6.08 'managed textures' crashes in both states.

Problem only occurs on time acceleration, instant crash.

Specs:

Gtx 980 x 2 sli. Nvidia surround (game resolution is set to 1920x1080 visually looks great and loads battles fine.  ONLY crash on time accel.  Latest drivers.
Intel i7 cpu, ssd, 16g ram, win 7 64bit.

Game used to work.  Reinstalled to brush up on preparation for mius front!

Did you change option 6.16? CTD occurs with it enabled or disabled, or both?

Same error with 6.16 enabled (default) or disabled.

I can reproduce this error easily and constantly. 

Load any campaign or mission.
Accept unit location placement.
Unpause game / Play.
Accelerate time 1 step. 
CRASH

001:Program initialization error.

I would like to be able to play.

We can't repeat the bug. Try installing the patch manually from <Steam folder>/SteamApps/common/Graviteam Tactics Operation Star/!steam_cache/gtos_steam_upd_eng.gt2extension.

To anyone having this similar issue this resolved my problem.

Manually updating both my addons and the main game via the update panel with the path listed by Krabb.

Thanks very much for your assistance.  Glad to be warming up again for Mius... which is releasing when?!
