well, the problem about running program has been solved(it was about locale problem Tongue),game runs better. but there is more problem.
first, I cannot change my in-game resolution,
second, The widescreen bug fix is not working.
third, the texts of menu screen are floating out of its position. so I cannot push some button becuz the floating texts hiding the other button...

You can do it manually. Open your game main folder. Go to:

 data/k_42/loc_rusE:\sf beta STA 2.0 Version 1\data\k42\loc_rus\config ( this is my game for example)

Open the config file with notepad. Get to the render paragraph which looks like this://îïèñàíèå è êîíôèãóðàöèÿ âèäåîàäàïòåðà

As you can see mine is set at 1920 X 1080.Just enter your own data and save before exiting. Launch the game and the res should be the one you entered in the file.

Those runes, when read in reverse, are used to praise Lucifer. That is a common practice among Eastern European game developers.
Or it could be russian in WINDOWS-1251 encoding. You decide. Grin

Those are just russian descriptions of the setting below. As in //antialiasing (type, quality)

Exactly! Actually I used them to cast spell on my games.....Anybody who reads them will turn into a Nazi zombie and as punishment will end up featured in a Call of Duty game.  Wink

Thanks.  Russian in windows-1251 encoding...I never would have guessed, too many accent marks.

frinik, now that I've read that text I have the strangest compulsion to play Castle Wolfenstein.
