i need to unpack the speech files like:
attack_ger_01_01.loc_def.sound

"inappropriate voices for the situation" i know German language and will check this.
so i can write a new GERMAN_Troops_VOICES_LAYOUT and record new speech files.

Sound name layout:
<group name>_<voice num>_<variant num>
lower case, English letters, _ and digits only

Example:
safe_ger_01_01

1) Stages
Nothing to do: safe_ger
Enemy spotted: danger_ger
Combat: combat_ger
Panic: panic_ger
*Surrender: sur_ger

2) Actions
*Advance: adv_ger
Attack: attack_ger
Tanks spotted: tanks_ger
Airplanes spotted: air_ger
*Income fire: income_ger
Shot&hit soft target: hit_ger
*Shot and hit vehicles: hitv_ger

3) State changes
!Burned: flame
!Dead/heavy wounded: dead
Commander dead: comdead_ger
Wounded/contused: wound_ger

! - common for all sides

A English speaker group for SABOW will be good (i can make only german)

Please list here who will speak for german and english or help for the speech Layout.
