I have a question about the commander position, if I close the hatch I can not look to the battlefield around me, it's all very dark, also when I use the Insert button.
It's my first question so I might do something wrong.

Hit the 'G' key - this removes the sight cap (or in the case of the Pz IV, raised the armoured cown ovet the cupola's front vision slit). You can see this animation in the F9 external view.

There's about 5 vision ports in the Pz IV cupola but AFAIK, only the front one works, which is strange. A pity, too, that in the 3d closed-up view, the vision ports are all closed, and while you can mouselook around the interior and see the turret crew and gun breech, you can't see outside.
