This is driving me insane.  Trying to figure out which arty spotter can dump flares. And at what time of night does this kick in. 

Between either not knowing between arty type and time of day I can not tell if at times I should or should not have them.  But it feels like a 2100 - 2200 they should start to show up for artillery strikes.  But I am not seeing that.  UGH.   Facepalm
