I just noticed. There is no KV1E

Well KV1E is the German designation.  Not sure what the heck the Red Army called it.  But this is the one with massive bolted on armor.  Pretty much every version but this one in game.

You mean the Roman alphabet?  Just because you guys where not visited by them and had some weird monk modify the Greek alphabet....I have no idea point what so ever.  So ya, how to get an backwards E then?

Not so simple.
Sometimes we can use 'Є' and 'E' instead 'Э' and 'E'. In Ukrainian language for example

Well it seems only model for KV needs the add on plates and config to show that it ate to many sweets and gained a few pounds right?  Unless only model with early L-11 gun got that up grade.  Which I do not think so.
