I wondered about the question when entrechments and foxholes are "spotted"

I can often see enemy defensive works which none of my units had a chance to spot before. Are these fixed positions on the map or can i see every trench and foxhole on the map regardless  if my troops had LOS to it?

And if so.. what is the reason for it?

Thx in advance!

Probably because its added into the map between set up and order phase.  I have no idea how you could make them pop based on being spotted when its simply a down side of morphing terrain.  If there where a way I would sure like that.  But I do not think there is a way.  Player has to try and not scan the map around if they want surprises from dug in troops.   Or dummy trenches or something.
