From Russian version to English version

Im from Slovakia. In my country i cant buy this game. So i download it and i have a russian version of this awesome game.I know speak russian but this too much of russian and i wanna go throw the tutorial with some experience about the controls. Do you know about some patch or something ? Please it will very help me with playing the game.
