So... This is it, huh?

Hello all.

I doubt that anyone remembers me, not that it's important.

After huge break from Steel Fury (a t first school(s), then work + lazines + problems with resolution after switching from Win. XP to 7, even temporarily switching interests to drawing and model building whiche resulted on temporarily abandoning the game), but I've decided to give it one more try before permanently deleting the game from my HDD. I'm ashamed to admit, all it took to fix the resolution was just checking one box in options... Yes, the "No graphic restrictions." box... My only defence is that... I had a russian language version. So... Is this really it? "The game is not supported anymore" and this is the end to SF:K modding andp erhaps this forum? It's almost dead now and in a few months I think barely anyone will remember it. I know there are better simulators, graphically, mechanically and gameplay-wise, more fun and dynamic, but... It's kinda sad to see that... All this died with time here. I'm sure that some of you still play it from time to time, myself included since few days, but there won't be new updates on SPM or STA, etc. And I kinda regret not being more active. Frinik contacted me back in 2013 and asked me if I'm going to get back to playing SFK and said he have a lot of sound materials. I was like "Yeah, no time right now, maybe I'll get back in the future" or somethign like that. And if anyone remembers I was working on minor sound modifications, even released a small KV-1 soundpack in cooperation with Frinik. Anyway, I should have get back to Steel Fury back then and there, when he wrote to me. You know? After not playing it for so long I forgot almost everything. How to aim and which key does what. So, yeah... Despite I missed so much through these years of inactivity, I sincerely hope you had a great time with Steel Fury. And if there's even a slightest chance of bringing back SF to life... Maybe we should try? I'm aware that my post is chaotic.

Btw. Despite I like the Pz. IV in all versions, but why it's so sluggish and slow in Steel Fury? And why does it have so much of trouble with even slight slopes or uneven terrain. It only drives well on roads. From WWII Chronicles I've watched it wasn't so sluggish off road. Just wondering.

Now that's coming back from the dead after 5-6 years..

Sincerely.
