Fresh win10 install; New rx580 VGA, (previously nvidia card).
Starter.exe fails
Tried different VGA drivers 17.xx, 18.xx & 19.1.1  - same error -

The process does not run long enough to write any report to the install dir/profile, error reports only via Win/WER dir.
Whitelisted/in exclusions in AV etc.
VC++ installed & DX9 installed/re-installed




Any ideas?

I found M$ are p##sing about with VC++ 2005 & 2008 & have increased the variety of methods used to exclude these files since win10 1809.

Altered the LSP (see pic) rebooted, did yet another uninstall/install & now have the game back.
