Saur Morgila tumulus - Night battle , 30 min - nothing happened , the point was still under my control at the end - minor defeat and you loose and major important unit of Marder , this unit suffered zero casualties ..why did they rout ?

Not much happened in the battle. I set up my only platoon which was Marders to defend. After 10mins with no action the AI offers a cease fire..as I only have one platoon and a platoon of allies on the map I except. Trouble is I find out after my marder unit routed and the enemy moved into it's spot. Definately not right. Having to start the campaign again. Can't afford for a platoon of MArders to rout for no reason at all. Also I hadn't moved to far off my spot. Not into a enemy deploymeny zone anyway.
