out of fuel and immobilized vehicles

I'm wondering what's the best way to deal with vehicles that show up to battle with no fuel and or main weapon immobilized. I clicked the resupply all icon on the strategic map. I can guess that supplies were limited, and fuel went to the crappy vehicles instead of the ones that can lay down fire support. This is one aspect of the game that seems a little cryptic to me. Especially when playing Germans on the attack.

You can swap out some units and repair replace or rearm the rest. Repairs seem to take some time and may not be complete by the next turn. Agree it seems to be a bit hit and miss in the resupply screen. Its not quite clear what the actual supply status is and what units you can rearm. Most seem to be in reserve.

Yes I see it now. Thanks. Basically click on the squad column for personel replacement if available, ammo and repair. You can also swap out vehicles, great for exchanging panzer II for III as well.

I wonder if medals are done the same way or they are allocated automatically.
