avira virus scanner warning with installation of unofficial patch

When I install the patch with dynamic mod enabler i get the warning:
In der Datei 'C:\Spiele\Steel Fury - Kharkov 1942\MODS\Unofficial_patch_SF_v0.1_eng\bin\rel\shell.exe'
wurde ein Virus oder unerwünschtes Programm 'TR/Crypt.ZPACK.Gen' [trojan] gefunden.
The game won't start. When I disable the mod, it starts.
Can I ignore this? Or can you upload a virus-free patch file somewhere?

I installed in a different folder other than windows7 default folder.

Do you get a virus alert when you scan the downloaded file before you try to install it?

no, it's the shell.exe after applying the patch

the starter doesn't launch even if I disactivate the virus scanner, when I apply the patch. Without it, it runs ok, I also run it as administrator.

Some anti virus AVG being one, detect .exe files as Trojans. For example I have AVG on a laptop and everytime I try playing Need for Speed Carbon or any other Need for Speed game it detects it as a Trojan which obviously the games are not. I think you can safely ignore what Avira is telling you and create an exception in your AV profiles...
