Is the following a known issue? It looks as though nothing is textured.
This happens in all views.

I have the Steam version, and am running on Windows 10, on a Radeon R7 200 Series.
I tried with a number of ATI drivers, no luck. Tried the safe mode in the options too.

Disable forced AA in drivers.
