Could you be a bit more specific? Is it for steam version too? Save game compatible? and the link does not work for me.

This is not recommended for steam, steam version will be released later. Save games are compatible. Right-click on the link, and "Save as", I can't fix the link for now.

Could you be a bit more specific?
1) Bugs that founded due to Mius-Front development
2) Some fixes for existing bugs in GTOS (like burning crews repair tracks)
3) Bugs fixed after statistical code analyzer

Is it for steam version too?

Yes, after NY if all ok.

Save game compatible?
Always as before, tactical saves lost, operational still compatible.

and the link does not work for me.

So patch is ready for steam? Will we get an autodownload or do we have to install it manually?

Some people have troubles with the new patch. Verifing cache redownloads about 17 missing files and brings you back pre patch. All options are and dlcs are reset to default too.

Thanks for reporting. This is a known problem being looking upon right now.

For now try removing the dev_updates folder (or, if this wouldn't work, every folder from data/k43t, except loc_eng and shared). Thus you will "manually remove" the older patch. The new patch (and all DLCs, if you removed their folders) should get reinstalled on the next game start (keep pressing Save&Play until you see the main menu instead of the game updater - it will keep installing them one by one). If not, try verifying the steam cache.

And another thing. Check the !steam_cache folder, only gtos_steam_upd_eng.gt2extension and various DLC subfolders should be there. If there is another .gt2extension file (gtos_steam_patch_eng.gt2extension, I think, forgot the exact name), remove it.

I have the following patches that I found in various places:
1: apos_upd_tar_rak_mar13_eng
2: gtos_cu_581c1_eng
3: gtos_patch_aug13a_eng
4: gtos_patch_may14_eng

and now this Dec 14 one - 5: gtos_patch_dec14_eng

I need to re-install soon on a new PC. Now this may have been already answered somewhere but I didn't see it: Do I have to install all these 5 patches in order or is just the latest one all I have to do?
(Do I have this list correct in the first place by the way or are there other patches and things I am missing...?).

No, just the latest.

Just cu 581 and Dec 14 patch.  The rest is not needed and would just be over written anyways.

In the next patch GTOS will support Ultra Wide monitors.

I have a new bug with this patch. Sometimes, the turrets turn very fast. Like a lag on multiplayer games (but GTOS is not a multiplayer game).

Hmm, this is a hard to repeat bug. Are there any patterns when it happens?

I don't know. Maybe because there are many enemies... Fortunately, I was filming when it occurred one time, I will film everytime now, to record the bug each time it will occur. I upload a short movie, I will give you the link.

New error for me after installing this patch - When I have option 6.03 disabled, I get an error when I click on a battle from the operational map:

Critical error
001: An error has occurred while initializing the program

I can work around it by having it enabled, but it may be of interest to you.

Steam? Verify the steam cache and reinstall the patch. Always press Save&play in the updater.

When I have option 6.03 disabled
Never disable this option. It's not what you think it is. :D

Ok, but why have an option that you should never change?

It remnants of the past. Now there is no sense to enable full-screen mode, since the LCD monitor have only 1 working resolution.

Thanks for the explanation.  You may want to remove that option in any future patch since it can lead to unnecessary issues for new users.  :)
