Title: [SFK42] New stuff WIP Pics, nearly finished
Post by: Aces on May 06, 2012, 12:37:18 PM
Hi chaps,

Here's a few pics of stuff I've been working on:

Some changes and additions for v3 of my SdkFz251 model, crew and texture mod.

(http://img585.imageshack.us/img585/1559/aces1.jpg) (http://img585.imageshack.us/i/aces1.jpg/)

Shown above, correctly-scaled and re-texture for jerry cans, stick grenade charge bundle on the seat, 2x rolled zeltbahn camouflage quarters, new german helmet  and gas mask canister models and textures.

Still a little tweaking to the helmet positioning to do but almost ready.

Best regards

Aces

Looking pretty slick. However, as you've already mentioned, the helmet position could do with some fine tuning - their foreheads seem a bit too exposed. :)

Hi chaps,

This is what I've also been working on:

(http://img23.imageshack.us/img23/6390/newinfantryequipment.jpg) (http://img23.imageshack.us/i/newinfantryequipment.jpg/)

NCOs are more decorated than enlisted men and officers and NCO, including tank commanders have binoculars. I really wnated the breast eagle and decorations, meant modelling as the skin doesn't accommodate them directly. Ignore the sleeves as I'm using a slightly different model for the above pic.

Regards

Aces
