During the tactical phase, precisely the battle, there is a limit in the movement for guns (at guns, guns, batteries in general)?
Regardless of land or physical condition of the soldiers, the guns can not move more than a few meters. The same does not happen with machineguns (12.7 mm DShK, 7.62 mm Maxim). This is normal?

I've not encountered any problems moving them either.
Though I generally set them up with no intent to move them. The few times I have moved them they seem to move faster and farther then what I would normally expect.
Hopefully the towed gun feature shown in the Mius Front sneak peek video will address this problem more realistically.

It could happen if automatic control (the eye) is switched on.

Of the weather is real bad and the troops are tired it is possible they will move only a bit or not at all.

Better to move with by road modifier. And uncheck AI control state.
