what is the difference between mission pack 3.5 and 3.61?

Has 3.61 more missions?
since my internet is slow,
if possible I want to download only the additional missions only,
do you have the link?

Yes. At this moment MP3.61 has 46 missions.

It's possible, but not for the all missions. I.e. here`s a link for the missions "TES"
