Title: New to Achtung Panzer Operation Star with some troubles Post by: kutsche on December 31, 2012, 12:59:55 PM Hello everybody,
I'm new to this great game and have some troubles with game freezes. The demo run fine on my machine ! I patched Operation Star to the august update and testet the new alpha march update but the freezes are the same and still in game. I noticed no fps drops during the freezes in game. The freezes are still in game with low settings or 0,3 x time compression. ??? My system specs are: Intel i5 2500k RAM 16 GB Zotac 580 3 GB Amp² Windows 7 (64bit) My drivers are up to date only the nvidia driver is an older version of the latest (310.33). Hope the community can help me. Sorry for my bad english !! I do get an error every now and then though. Just had one about 2 hours into a campaign battle where I masterfully advanced against a capable enemy. Of course no autosave so ALL THAT TIME WASTED including the setup because when restarted it went back to the operation screen even though I saved after set up. Pitiful. I think I need a break from this game. (docs \ support \ redists in main game folder) Not activated accidentally in the drivers forced antialiasing? I reinstall and patched to the new March update. Now it runs fine !!!
