Unable to start the game

Help!!
 I brought a new PC to be able to play this game (old Pentium4 couldnt cope after the update!)
Ive installed it ok, installed the Core update ok Version 577, installed the Patches ok (Dec11),
When i start the game,i get the Graviteam video, the game loads, and i get the start/profile screen along with the music and the mouse cursor (which moves) but i cant click on anything, not START, or the PLAYER PROFILE button, or OPTIONS, nothing works. And the screen seems slightly faded. Whats wrong??

Any help gratefully recieved.

Very similar to what the patch is not installed correctly.

You did everything exactly like in these pictures?

If you use Win7, core update don't installed (and patch too) if game in Program Files folder.

Yep andrey, its Win7 64bit.
But it shows the patch Dec11 and core update v577 installed in the top right hand corner of the screen. It just wont start after loading up?
Its not in Program Files or Program Files x86, i made a fresh Folder in the c: drive called Games, and installed there.

1) Install latest videodrivers
2) Install DX (docs\support\redists\directx_feb2010_redist\dxsetup.exe)
3) Install VC redist (docs\support\redists\vcredist_x86_sp1.exe)

May be they are not installed on new PC.

Yep, just checked, all on there and in the right place.
I have to say im baffled.
I dont think its a graphics issue, as all my other games run ok. And the Graviteam video and loading screen look fine.
Its just none of the buttons on the START screen work.
So i cant select a profile, or options, or anything else.

System is an x79 2011 i7 3930k,
Ive got the lastest video drivers 11.12 for the 6970 card,
So that should be good enough?

1) novideo.cmd
2) encycl.cmd
May be they are started?

i tried to start the game from novideo.cmd, and it was just the same, music playing and the start screen but unable to start the game.
And tried encycl.cmd, i got into the encyclopedia (T34), but i wasnt able to choose any other option in there either!
I tried "starter" in the main folder, and that was the same.

Very strange thing  .
Completly blocked input as I understand.

Try press Alt+Tab ince and then again

Mouse cursor is present?
May be any resident programs like Punto Switcher is active?

P.S. After start game please pack and upload out folder in main game folder?

Ok andrey,
Just tried that, still the same!!
The mouse cursor is there and moves about ok, it even makes a noise when i try and select something, but nothing happens?
I tried Alt+Tab, just the same!!
Its a clean install of Win7 64bit, no other programs on the PC.
Mouse (Razer Imperator) is working ok aswell.
Ive packed the "out" folder but were do i upload it to?

Ive just tried a copy of the game direct from my old PC (which works fine) on to the new one, and it still doesnt work.

Yes, it's identical code, and must be work identical.

I even do not have any ideas, what it can be

Yes that rings a bell with me too. It was definitely only when i spotted the tiny text up in top right corner and then used the Alt-key combo and then i could click 'Start' on the relevant left side campaign box.

Just to let you know, i found out the problem.
I feel abit daft,
but in Catalyst Control Center, if you set Anti-Aliasing to Override Application Settings the game will not start.
With all the other settings it doesnt seem to matter what they are set at, even at maximum.
Set it at Enhanced Application Settings and the game looks great. Just so everyones aware!!
Strangely the setting worked fine with my old card.
