Um... at the risk of sounding a bit nit-picky....
AIRPLANES have cockpits...
Tanks have CREW SPACES.
Just sayin'....
My neighbor used to be a Tank Commander on an Abrams, and he talks about getting stuck on various objects in the cockpit all the time Ya that happens all the time to AFV crews. Funny one was where a guy in my unit got himself stuck between the rear bulkhead and the turret basket in an m1117. And I don't mean a little stuck.........had to get pulled out after a bit of fun.

Did you figure it out with the dials for speedo, fuel and rpm etc? I set the instruments, gearshift and steering sticks to all rotate along the x-axis. I think the y- and z-axis are also available, in the cockpit configuration settings.

yeah, y and z axis do work to, so that means you can actually do a working steering wheel (tiger, kingtiger). I did find out some pretty interesting stuff when i did the Jagdpanzer interior And what about shell paths? Have you figured that out to? s_klin/d_klin for the gun breech to?

Nice work so far. I hope the gauges and dials can be "weathered" a little... other than that... it's coming together perfectly.

If you report that you played all 10 of my Panzer 38t missions in those selfsame Panzer 38t's, that would bring tears of joy to the eyes. Speaking metaphorically, of course.

Thanks everyone!
On a related note, about the shell-loading animations, would you be okay with using the standard generic shells, or prefer something resembling the actual 50mm rounds? It would entail editing the necessary entries in the common_res file, which is always a bit of a risk for the ordinary average player,

A good idea. However, the only substantial thing I could dredge up was this. It's for the 50mm antitank gun: Anyway, as you can see, the shells in the game look nothing like that. By the way, if anyone has better material, preferably with dimensions, I'd be much obliged.
