This refers to the Panzerfaust 30 Klein model or Faustpatron.

Well the panzershrek SHOULD be in use in smaller numbers in 43.  The panzerpaust is most certainly a weapon that was all over the place the last years of the war.  As the former is an improved bazooka really.   And everything I have read says it popped out not to long after the first m1a1 bazookas got captured in late 42/ early 43.  But most certainly not wide spread yet in German Army till later.  Takes time to tool up and produce anything in numbers.   

The earliest instructions how to use panzershreks were received by the 6th German Army in october 43. As I remember they came before weapons.

What i want to know is if the shrek was about in say.... the mius sector in 43.   Huh?  OR if any lend lease m1a1 bazookas where about as well.....

Well the 1st Raketenpanzerbüchse 43 was in action SOMEWHERE in mid 43.  This is the model without the shield.  pretty much a scaled up bazooka.

Bravo!, excellent mod, can't wait to try it out this evening, I've been waiting and hoping for just such a mod Smiley.

I looked at the thread on the Sukhoi forum but was unsure as to the order of the mod, does it go above Nightpostman's uniform mod or below it?.

Well, please don't expect a lot Smiley

First of all it's a testing version.
Secondly, I can't make 3D models of added weapons, so in the mod it is used present 3D models. For example instead of TMi 35 it is thrown a 3KG explosive and etc. (In all cases where there is no right 3D model a sign *** is put).

Trajectory of TMi & explosives is not optimal. At the present time it's impossible to make it other way and etc.

There is no need in Night Postman mod. ATinf already has all need resources.

About bazookas in Red Army there are little information. It is known that there were only one supply of 9000 bazookas in 1942. But russian military was not impressed with it and cancel further purchase. Only one fact of the use by russian troops is known - somewhere around Wisla (Vistula) river in Poland in 1944.

yes I think I saw a photo of that.

I dont think anyone had any real idea how to employ the thing in combat at first.  It certainly proved largely ineffective in US combat debut in North Africa.  In fact they could find NO ONE that knocked out a tank with one.  But someone must have somewhere.  Did they survive?  appears NOT. Any rate.  A few months later this beefed up panzershrek appears.  Which ALSO had a horrible combat debut with the Germans.

If you have in X format is simple thing to convert into go2. Bringing into gtos/sabow is pretty simple for items like grenades, rifles, rocket launchers.

G-41 and flare pistol don't have right 3D models. May be I have forgotten to put *** to them because ammunition have the most importance.
G-41 use SVT model, flare pistole use P38 or Nagan model.

 
HHL-3 and 7xM-24 are modelled in the game, but there is no HHL-3 in the mod. There is Panzerhandmine-3 http://lexpev.nl/grenades/europe/germany/panzerhandmine3magnetic.html

Not as nice a k42 but YES.  a converting utility.  Its called X to go.  I am guessing the same as k42.  lod 0 is dummys and all that.  lod1 is main mesh.  lod2/3 are lower poly version  of models.  

need to make a bat or cmd file to run and point at folder where those are at.  and where to output.  Check with the game model viewer to make sure it worked.  


For this part the docs in the folder are spot on how to do this.  Only weird things that can happen are with textures being silly and not applying. For that use the texture converter utility.  Its set up almost the same as x to go.

Okay, I can try and convert the flare pistol and the GW-41 models and textures, I have two models of flare pistol, one with AT grenade and one without.

Thanks for the info on the x to go convert program I'll have a look tonight. I'm hoping that I still have my MAX format models that I can re-export in.x and then I can use this .x to .go2 and also convert the textures to the .texture format.

I'll let you know how I get on.

Not very clear but the guy on the top left with the radio has a flare pistol tucked into his belt and the guy on the bottom right has a GW-41

Notice the top screen.... 

this was 1st attempts at bringing in g3 and such.  Getting the dummys to align with animations is total PITA for rifles.  Will take LOTS of trial and error. 

Strangely  I have no hosted screens of grenades I made.  But that is MUCH easier and should not take long at all. 

Smoke nades the ai will only use if nothing else.  I could never get them deploy like on a smoke discharging vehicle.  Of course I had no idea what the code did for that or even IF it would work.

Could any one provide me with a text_loc.flatdata from: ...data\k43t\dev_updates\loc_eng\packed_data\text_loc.flatdata ?

As I don't have english version of the game.
