Maybe it's time for me to learn the mission editor and just replace the T-35 (mission I mentioned in op) with other tanks, would this be possible?
Editor for the beginner is too complicate. I'd suggest tu u to make a trick (I started from this).
If u need just simply replace the unit in the mission then do it directly in the appropriate script file. It's more easy then digging editor.
In our case a mission with T-35 is located:
...\data\k42\loc_rus\levels\levels\SCRIPTS\cm_pack_mission/FG2_T-35a_scripts.engscr
A user tank is:
tnk_01i.e. u want to play for SU-122, then entry will be like this:
tnk_01, rkka_mspg1, ger_user1, -1, 2, dummy, 1, 1, 0.8, 0.9, 1.0, 0x3, rkka_comp_10_swallow, 0.0;I highly recommend tu use `Notepad++` for the redaction.
a several samples:
//t-35 - rkka_htank35a
//su-122 - rkka_mspg1
//su-100 - rkka_mspg3
//M-36 Jackson - usa_umspg01
