Here's a few pics of Tunisia in 1942-3. The area looks very similar to the Zhalanashkol map, and with a little imagination and using some of the lend lease vehicles from the Russian forces-Bren carriers, Stuarts, Valentines and Matildas, you could simulate some North African battles in Tunisia against the Germans in the QB editor.
