I am trying to learn modding the voice of the soldiers here.
Most of my information comes from previous users in steam discussion but I am stuck at converting the .wav to acdpme format. Put the .wav and acdpme.exe in the folder.
From what I read I need to use command prompt, I tried it several times but it always comes up with the error "Error: Couldn't not open input file".

What went wrong here, my acdpme line is incorrect? Maybe I missing some previous steps? I'm not good at this command line things   ???
