When on the operation screen it says "weakness -13%" does that mean that the unit is 13% more tired or that it has rested and regained stamina by 13%? Opposite for when it says +13%?

weakness +N% - stamina decrease on N% and troops got tired
weakness -N% - stamina increase on N% (it's good  )
