I´m not sure what turned them on but i can´t find the key or option to turn the subtitles of.

Thought it was in the config folder but can't find it!

Delete the 2 files, 'snd_list.engcfg' and 'snd_list.ger.engcfg'.

They're in the 'levels\LEVELS\common' folder.

Should do the trick for german side.
