Пользовательский интерфейс будет неуместен на сегодняшних широкоэкранных экранах, а оригинальные карты неопределенного метра и моделирование чисел с низкими лицами заставляют людей действительно не хотеть играть.

Afghan civil war before the Soviet army officially invaded in Dec.1979.
I understand some Soviet combat units were already in Afghanistan before the invasion in December.
Will they be in the DLC?

Exactly hit.
But all of this practically without Afghans  Grin

For every far arabic eastern names (not this) it's all very clear with the sound, even on the maps sometimes give different names to towns and places.
But for the Chinese is even worse  Grin.

Hi folks. Please forgive my ignorance, but this thread has grown to 16 pages, so I don't have that much time to browse every post here. What I'd like to ask you is to what conclusion did you come when discussing the hi-res pack? Are the changes introduced to vehicles' textures noticeable on close-ups? By looking at the screenshots I can barely see the difference, but - they're just screenshots, not a real game. So, is this DLC worth purchasing?
I'm hesitating between the hi-res pack, or Operation Hooper. But I'm more into WW2 than modern combat.

I never bought the Hi res-mod.Wasn't interested in it so I can't help you there.

Now if there were a DLC that offered different camo skins for the tanks I would buy that instantly.

BRING BACK MARKERS

I think you'll get more mileage out of Op Hooper than the hi res files.

Yeah, defiantly I would recommend Hooper or Shield over the high rez

Both of the new DLC's have easily 40+ hours of gameplay

I'm not sure yet which new modern DLC I like better-Shield or Hooper.
I like the campaign more in Hooper but I get much more mileage out of Shield in the quick battles because of the force mix.

What size is the new map going to be?

It looks very barren.I miss the trees and villages.
Especially large villages.I like fighting over them and liberating them.

No trees, no villages, even bushes is rare its a Dzungarian Gates - only mountains and steppe
