Just got Zhalanashkol & added the new patch
I 'see' some invisible rifles!  Was this happening before?

I will have to try a WW2 campaign & check if similar events occur.
Otherwise things seem to be running quite nicely.  Wink

chashka17-
I had the same problem with the non appearing firearms. I fiddled with the hierarchy in updates with the DLC and they appeared. Haven't installed this latest patch yet since I'm traveling.

How they were positioned (in updater) relative to each other when the weapons has disappeared?

Andrey - this is the install order which gave the error.

I think I will try moving the game update to the very bottom 1st. (Haven't had chance yet!)
Will report back.

Ok, thanks, probably "old" DLCs produce error. Newer (by release date) DLCS need to be upper in list.

I'd do a screen capture of my updates but don't have access of my home computer. I believe I saw a forum post in the Sukoi Russian forum on this disappearing firearms several weeks back.

I too am getting the 'no rifles' issue with the new patch.

Here is my updater list. I've always kept the Game Update at the very bottom.

I am relatively new to this series...

What does the order of the DLC in the updater mean?  I have seen some people with patches at the top and some with them at the bottom?

I am now totally confused.

I'm seeing the 'no rifles' issue with just the Zhalanashkol DLC. All other campaigns look fine.

thewood, I've read that the main Game Update should be at the very bottom, then all of the DLC next on top, then the District Update on top of the DLC and then the Hi-Res DLC on top of that. I have some user created mods at the very top above the Hi-Res DLC.

Thanks...I have seen it listed officially and unofficially both ways.

In fact, I have tried it both ways and couldn't see a difference.

You should put Zhalanashkol above Prophet and Hooper. Andrey told already: newer DLCs should be above older ones. Other than that, see the wiki: http://gravitac.shoutwiki.com/wiki/Installing_updates_and_modifications.

btw, maybe someone should tell this guy his order is wrong also...

http://graviteam.com/forum/index.php?topic=11265.0

SOme of the info in this forum seems to conflict with little comment on it.

No he is good...in this case.  All the other stuff is mods that do not modify the file that is causing invisible guns.

I've changed my order as follows & I appear to have solved my Zhalanashkol invisible weapons situation.  (Coincidentally?) my kill ratio & results have improved  Smiley
Will play a few other DLCs to see if everything else is still OK, but it looks like it is simply a need for latest DLC to be first in the load list, as Andrey said.

How do you know what the latest one is?  Is there a date on them?
