Any way to recover a saved operation........

I deleted a profile, created a new one, and started a new op. For some reason the progress of that Op was saved under the deleted profile name. My guess is that one must exit the game and restart for new profile to take affect. After playing halfway through the new OP I hit esc to save and exit the game. On return the profile and operation was gone.

I attribute this mostly to Windows 7. Yes I was running as administrator. However there may be a refresh problem if a new profile is created. Since I haven't heard of this with anybody else it maybe an isolated case.

My question, is that deleted profile saved operation alive anywhere in one of the directories? thanks.
